In order to get better results with your auction (get more bids and possibly higher credits), I've changed the category of your auction to Other Stuff > GIFT CARDS, the required category. This will also help prevent your auction from getting flagged by users and potentially removed. We ask that you ensure that future auctions of this type are listed in this category. Thanks for your cooperation and good luck with your auction!

Thank you. I must have clicked the wrong button because I am fully aware of the category under which this auction should be. Interesting about the "removal" remark. The day Listia starts removing auctions because someone accidentally clicks the wrong button will be the day I quit. I do take this quite personally because I am one of the more conscientious of your members. It would be helpful if you looked over a members auctions and account before commenting as words may be chosen more wisely.

I know whatcha mean, i wish Listia mods looked at feedback like the rest if us do, it seems kind of off to say certain things to seasoned members but that comment they left you is generic, they send that same message to anyone who they feel needs it. 95% of the time its to new members but i do agree they should sound less robotic to members who have put in their dues. :-)

Thank you so very much for taking the time to write what you did. I really do appreciate it.

I know all too well the several different automated responses you receive every single time a support ticket is submitted. You might as well not write anything but "Thank you" in the body, because without exception you will rewrite, or copy and paste, every last word again when the case is deemed resolved and then closed following the automatically generated BS of a response in regard to any concerns expressed.

Someone had to have flagged this auction. WTH? Do people not have better things to do; but more importantly why not privately message me, or even comment that the auction is miscategorized? Each of these sorts of things will push my buttons every single time and they make me not want to continue to participate. I know I may sound a bit over reactive; however we deal with people who don't know their butts from a hole in the ground and ask questions that have with already been asked and answered in previous comments or spelled out in the title or description, which an inordinate amount of time and energy was spent writing. The Lidiots never disappoint with the questions that they can Google just as well as you; but because you care and want to be helpful, you spend your time researching the answer then writing a comprehensive response (talking about Samsung Galaxy cell phone auctions). It gets to be a little too much and burn out sets in.

Absolutely!! And i agree that if someone took the annoying time to flag your auction for being in the wrong category why not just say, hey, you have it listed wrong as a heads up, like i would do.

But did you know that there is actually a section of listia where you can get top ranking for flagging the most auctions? I couldnt believe it when i heard that, soo lame!! So im assumming that someone with absolutely no life flagged your auction just to gain credit. Are you smacking your forehead yet? Lol its like, WHAT!!!!! What a stupid thing.

I also agree that after being on listia for 4 years with very little issues on here that i want to be treated better then a newbie with a credit dispute. You know what i mean? A mod could easily email me to tell me a situation that i could fix rather then take the auction down & leave me wondering why. Believe me, i have left many blogs on listia stating my concerns but its useless sometimes.
I always try & help people on here just so this site doesnt give me heartburn lol but i do have to say that i found the best items to sell on here with the best winners. When i sell anything else other then beads i get nervous cuz i dont know what kind of person is gunna win my auction & that scares me, people who buy beads are the happiest listians with almost zero issues. So that keeps me motivated to sell. I cringe when i hear all the problems people are having. Ive had my share but its few & far between on my selling side. Now on the buying side, thats a diff story lol morons everywhere lol

Funny you should mention that about beads. I definitely agree with you about the different clientele and purchasing categories. I know this is a different way of looking at it, but I know you understand exactly what I meanâ˜ș

It's interesting that you mentioned beads because I have some to list along with other jewelry making supplies. My Mom's Sunday School teacher, and a friend of mine as well, made me this really cool bracelet that is reminds me of the rosary used in the Catholic faith. Anyway, I was going to try and make a few but I have Spatioperception - I don't have the ability to view things spacially with any degree of accuracy whatsoever; so besides running over curbs when I'm driving and making a turn, lol, I bought the wrong size beads. Even though I measured those on the bracelet I wasn't able to measure them correctly. I'm laughing because I have a MA degree and can't measure beads. I gave up because trying to make this would be a pain in the butt as it is not something I would be good at and would take FOREVER! Plus I'm perfectionistic and a tad OCD, therefore I would drive myself crazy trying - you have no idea! I can tell you that if anyone made these bracelets they would sell like hotcakes. I'm not remotely religious as I am a recovering Southern Baptist, however I am very spiritual and the passage used in relation to the bracelet is probably the most comforting passage written. I sure wish I could make this bracelet, but my talents lie elsewhere.

Omg haha you are sooo funny, why not just get a thinner bracelet to put them on? Haha Listia is a good place to find any jewelry making supplies. With european bracelets you just pop on the beads & its fool proof, anyone can make one even with your issue ( for lack of a better word lol) ive never heard of that before but maybe my sister has that cuz she has always run over curbs or hit poles at the gas station haha & shes 36 now lol but if you ever need some assistance in the euro bead field pop in & say hello. I am the bead Queen, well at least a princess i would say lol

Hey I have one irritation better than this one . I have people that start desputes over one credit . If they are real nice about the despute and say they are sorry , listia gives me the negative button to give them , but if it clearly shows that they lied and made up stories and called names to get their credit back listia will take up for them every time and i never get the negative button , to give them a negative , it happens every time .
