It is not unlocked but if it were unlocked it would work on other carriers like at&t and any other GSM carrier...GSM is far faster than CDMA

I don't have a ruler handy but it's not a big phone the screen might be about 4-5 inches. ..it's not a phablet and its bigger than the mini phones

If the ending bid is 45,000 or higher i will add the wall charger...but honestly if its somewhat close to that i will still throw it in. . I Wil probably add a goodie or 2 in the package as well cuz it's going in a flat rate box with tracking and insurance...
