The listing, Vintage Turtle Figurine in need of Rehab has ended.

This little 1 1/2" has been sitting on a shelf for over 20 years but over the years has had a mishap or two and is in need of some touch up painting to his legs and sides. Please help me find him a new home!!!!

I believe he is plaster of Paris or something similar because where the paint is chipped it looks kind of chalky
