Hey Brittney, sorry to be so long, just got back into town. If you measure from the top of the bust to the bottom it is 24" long. Just guessing, at 4'11", maybe to just above your knee? Thanks

The do adjust at the very back of the straps. I hope what I told you on the length is gonna be correct. My Daughter Denise was 4'10", (you little short-cakes are so very cute!!! ) so remembering her dresses & how short they were, I do think that will be about right.
