U have to call sprint to get a unlock code then from there u call ur provider and they will help after u get the code from sprint or if u go to a place that does unlocking phones.i bought a iPhone 6plus and I need it for T-Mobile and it was sprint then I called spring and they said is a fully paid of I said yes and then they said sorry can't give I code till u pay rest of the bill I owed and i did the next day and when I did they said no sorry we can't help u sprint is terrible
