GORGEOUS COLORFUL (TIE at Neck) STRAPLESS DRESS. This would be a great summer party dress, every day wear or beach cover up. Slinky Nylon stretchy material. Has tie for around the neck or you could tuck it in for complete strapless look :D

*****SIZE will fit a SMALL to (smaller)LARGE No tags ****
(I'd say up to 12 ...14 is pushing it to look nice) SEE pics 4-5-6 I have it on my makeshift dress form I made with a Men'd Medium T-shirt and cardboard if that helps with size.
WAIST stretches to 18" (36). Length 32". BUST would fit up 40 C or D I believe.

+++ PLEASE note pics 4 & 5-- there is some slight pilling at the hem line. If you can sew or know someone who could cut old hem off and resew it would be perfect! +++

Other than above stated issue there are NO rips, tears, stains or snags!!!
