Enlarge the picture with the information. Other than what it says, I do not know. It says iPods/MP3, then Phone, (all of them, I do not know), iPad 1/2 iPhone 4/4S, 5/5S/5C.
This is what I put in my auction. If your item is not one of those, that does not mean it will not work. Did the power port change form a 4/5to a 6? if it did not change, then it should work.

I cannot see Apple changing the port every year, but I cannot say for sure.

No this item can not be used with iPad 3, 4, 5 or the iPad mini. Those tablets require at least 2.1 amp this charger only pushes 1 amp.

Yes this item will charge an iPhone it will give 1 full charge and and a half to an iPhone 5c

It does not give specific phones it will charge. I just says phones, then the iPhones listed. A gentleman says iPhone 5's will charge I am sorry I cannot give more specific details.

You charge it in the wall for 3 hours, then use your device until the charge is gone, then you recharge it again :)
