Questions & Comments
Dawnstan, really????, I am a Jeweler and trying to discredit a Seller is a big no no, Heritage Jewelry Manufacturing Co. is a very well known Jewelry maker, the FM is in reference to the Designer, I think you need a new book, As a bench jeweler you should know that white gold "yellows" over time, why??? Very simple, gold does not come white and the alloys determine the "white" appearance, however it still won't be "white" and is rhodium plated to give it the look of platinum, the plating will wear off with time and your white gold can become "tarnished" looking. Most people that purchase "white gold" are told that they will need to have their Jewelry re-plated every 2 years or so, depending on wear. This ring is vintage and the so-called irregular "light holes" (that was a good belly laugh) are a result of the casting process. In closing, I really dislike people that come on other folks Auctions and throw "doubt" into the mix hoping to keep the credits low. Oh and the so-called "wear" you claim to see is nothing more than a reflection in the gold..................................
Can you verify you address through listia it lets people know that you are real and I promise you will get a few hundred dollars through listia on this auction.
It would be worth your time to take this by a jeweler and have them tell you if it is indeed real solid 14k gold and if the diamonds are genuine as stated in your auction. You only keep the credits if this checks out when the winner receives the item as auctioned and it is accurate. Please have it checked out for authenticity since we're talking big credit bidding here. Thanks so much!
Hello, this ring was brought into AY Jewelers in NYC and it was confirmed to be real 14K gold and genuine diamonds. I am not a scammer and will gladly meet anyone in the NYC area at a jewelers to confirm. Thanks.
Not only that but I bid over 400,000 credits when I first saw this auction before that new information came out. I would return this for full credit refund if that is the case. Sellers only keep the credits if the item is truly what is described accurately. So a dispute will occur. You might want to cancel this auction ;(
yeah, yeah, yeah.......I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. Would be a lot of credits to be tied up for 8 days after auction ends. Hopefully he'll surprise us and follow through with it. Especially if enough credits are offered. Very nice ring it appears;D
Great auction, watching and bidding, love it and hope I will WIN this Ring, that would be awesome, You will do very good with this auction here and welcome to listia
Holy Schmidt!! This is the highest ive ever seen a persons auction get this high and they arent even answering questions.... This seemed to be almost legit at first but im really starting to think its another fake auction..
I hope its not fake... Especially for Marley85s sake. .. It just seems like its too good to be true thats a first timer would post something like this.. and then not come back for days????
I'm not going to argue what I know, so whomever receives the ring should take it to any jeweler or any pawn shop to determine validity right away. I was not attacking the seller as I only stated that the ring may not be as it seems. By the way, I'm not watching this ring, nor do I intend to bid on it. Good luck to the winner.
Just curious, and great auction btw, but are you really going to send this to the winner?? Only asking bc a lot of times when first time ppl list high dollar auctions, they dont end up sending.... Also, will u be shipping w tracking thru the post office?? Its only $1.50 extra and makes sure ur safe and recieve your credits as soon as winner receives the ring... you do realize that u dont receive credits til winner gets the ring, right?? So by adding tracking u know exactly when they receive it and can get your credits.... Good luck... f,w,and probably bidding after i hear back from u.
By the way Calirise77 -- you can hide comments that might hurt your auction or discredit the trustworthiness of your item. I would if I were you. And also, many people block problem people too so they cannot continue to leave comments to hurt you.
and a huge WHEW from me.........now I can go back to loving this ring and dying to have it, lol ;D Still in the running. Thanks so much for relieving my ignorant doubts ;D
