Is this from a dvd or blu ray?

I did put the name of the movie on there

some of the last stand codes have expired. if this is one of those codes, you'll need to provide an image of the dvd cover and the uv card. lionsgate is rather nice about replacing expired codes - provided you have those two things.

have have them things I just don't have a way to post pictures anymore

i date see a date where it tells me it is ex..date if by chance it is invalid and they wont give u a good one or whatever i will give the credits back...
