Did not plug it in to test for dial tone. I am not verified because I've only been on this for a week. I am a human being and 100% honest. I already have it ready to ship in the box. If it doesn't work, feel free to send it back. I am getting rid of my grandmother's attic items. It's did work 6 months ago w/ dial tone.
