The listing, Days of Our Lives - A Tour Through Salem has ended.

Large hardcover book with dustjacket. This covers period of show from 1980s-1990s. Lots of great pics and info for all you days fans. I was a fan back in the 70s. So I opted to put this up for auction instead of keeping. VG+ condition.
Also up for auction a dark Shadows book and Guiding Light book.

i still watch this show, I was watching from a baby myself also but my younger sisters', grandmother was listening to it on the radio when it first was put out.

I watched in early 70s mostly. Doug and Julie, Tom and Alice Horton... my sister still watches it. I liked Another World and Gen Hospital too. They have all gotten a bit weird in recent years.

I have watched Days of Our Lives since the very first show, which aired in 1970. It came into being about the same time as The Doctors, Another World and, a little later, All My Children. Before these soaps appeared, the only soaps that were on TV were As the World Turns (which DID start out as a radio program), Search for Tomorrow, The Guiding Light and General Hospital. I hate to dispute one commenter's memory, but Days of Our Lives was never a radio program---at least not that I ever heard of! When I first started watching this, Julie Horton was a wild teenager and she became an unwed mother, which was a really big scandal with the television critics back then! Doug started out on the show as Julie's mother's boyfriend and, then later, became her husband. Julie had an affair with him and became pregnant with Hope. I'm almost 65 now and I still watch the show! I think this book is awesome and really hope I am the lucky winner! Thank you SOOOOO much for listing it for one of us lucky bidders to win!!!!!

I can't Believe Days has been one Since 1965-2015 50 Years and 50 Season of Days that's along Run of Days for a Soap Opera my Mom my Grandma and my Sister Watches it I Use to Watch it but now I don't :(
