Do not bid unless you have a pay pal account because I am too busy and do not have the time to deal with payments any other way.
PayPal charges a fee of 2.9% + .30C for using your debit or credit card to make a payment of which you will pay, or I will reject the payment and ultimately relist the item. I am not in this to lose money. There are no fees to send the payment from your PayPal.
I always use exact shipping because I am responsible for the item until you take delivery, and I cannot cover the cost to make sure it gets to you the way it left, hence the bubble wrap, tape, and other packaging. Although I will use flat rate boxes, whenever possible, and any given packing material, tracking numbers, etc. This will all be considered in the cost of shipping when I set my price. I will set all my shipping prices as low as possible and considering there are no surprise fees, all will be well.
If you ask me, and offer to bid high enough, I may consider free shipping but I cannot guarantee you will win the auction.
I work every day on the morning shift, so do not expect any communication until the afternoon or when I am not busy. I am not home until late Fridays because I have an elderly grandmother to care for so please bear with me when expecting communication.
