Found amongst some gorgeous porcelain pieces in my fav antique store was this vintage, probably 1930's-40's Bread & Milk set made of porcelain china, no markings. No chips, cracks, no crazing noted. Gold edges on the top of the small pitcher & also dish which also resembles a shallow bowl. Guessing the pitcher holds 1-1/2 to 2 cups of milk. Delicate hand painted pink flowers and all the leaves & stems are hand painted gold. Note all the pictures. The pitcher stands about 5 inches tall and the dish/bowl is 7 inch diameter. White background. Ornate handle design. Inside this pitcher/creamer was a pencil hand written note identifying the piece as Aunt Hattie's Bread & Milk set (Grandma Bisbees sister). No date on the paper but it'll accompany the set to the winner.
