This Stuff is Free Too:
Description

The listing, RIGID Drywall gun has ended.

This is an experiment that goes against the grain of my Listia experience. Why?

Because I've found that anything to do with sewing, knitting or cats gets a ton of attention here on Listia.com, my new favorite site!!

But we don't even have a category for TOOLS!

So, instead of selling this on CL as I usually do with my tools, I'm going to test the waters, blaze a trail and charter new territory...How's that for a mixed metaphor?

This drywall gun was just purchased in November of 2014. It was only used on a couple jobs, and like any good tool, paid for itself after the first job.

Mind you, I could get $50 for this all day long on cl. That's about half of what it cost new. So, c'mon my fellow Listians, and bid this up. Get it for the handyman in your life, if you can't use it yourself. Remember, Father's Day is coming up.

I'll ship fast and FREE...So even if this a Mother's Day gift for that female drywall hanger in your life (I've known some good ones) then I'll be sure to get it to you just in time!!

I love the idea of a tool section. I have a lot of credits and would like to be able to buy some things for a man. I can't even get my men to look at LISTIA because they think it's just jewelry. Let's have some tools.

It's a deal! In fact, I will pay $15 toward the shipping and tracking. You just pay for what it costs above that amount, if anything. So bid like you mean business!! Thanks :-)

I have always done the majority of handiwork around the house and only wish I had more power tools. I'm glad everyone wants a section just for them. I wish I was strong enough and knew how to hang drywall. I'd start remodeling my basement tomorrow. I love to look at the tool section more than makeup and jewelry any day. Anyone that list electric chainsaws or any type of saws that aren't to heavy let me know. I loaned my electric chainsaw and never got it back. Yeah for tools!!!!!!!

CL is short for Craigslist. I used to love that site, and evn traveled the country with rideshares I met by it. But, it seems to have gone crazy now! I'm afraid of it after the last whackjob I met!

I agree, I'm originally from Oregon, and I grew up in Idaho, coming from a place where everyone smiles at you and says hello, even in the city, and going to rochester, I was appalled. I'm actually in Brocton NY, not as bad as rochester was, But still not like home

The tool belt is lightly used, but I refurbished it. I washed it by hand, dried it and then even oiled it. It looks GREAT! I'm going to list it today. I'll contact you when I post it.

Not relevant, but I saw you said something about Rochester.

Right!! I'm going to add a note making it clear that even though this looks like a drill, it is meant to drive screws into drywall! If this goes well, Michelle, I'll list a drill for ya!

If you want I will pay the tracking ? That is really what costs extra to send . You fill out the declaration form to say what it is and what it is worth. I send 90% of my auctions to the USA the only break I get is free tracking in Canada . I have to pay tracking for the States.

I have $13 budgeted to mail this (priority mail)...Will it get there for that much? I don't mind doing the extra paperwork.

I will be bidding : ) ..but ship to Canada ?
May 18th, 2015 at 9:36:47 PM PDT by

I could do that, but would you mind paying the amount it goes over $13?
May 19th, 2015 at 3:29:29 AM PDT by

Thanks bidders and commenters!!! (Especially bidders) I already consider this auction a success even if the bids go no higher. :-D But, hopefully they will go higher!! Remember, it's going to cost me over $12.00 to ship this priority with tracking and insurance. Not whining...Just sayin' :-) But most of all I want to say THANKS!!!!

What is the length of the cord? Does it only have one chuck and how many bits come with it? Has it got a case?;- }
May 10th, 2015 at 1:31:47 PM PDT by
Original
The cord is over six feet long. There is no case. It doesn't have a "chuck" per se. This is a drywall gun. It only takes screw tips. It doesn't have a grip type chuck that you insert typical drill bits. Although they make drill bits with the hex base that fit this drill. I'm only including one screw tip. They usually come free with the screws. Thanks for your questions, they were good ones!!

To all bidders and watchers: THANKS!! I can tell already, this tool auction is going to be a huge success. I appreciate it!
