I've been holding on to this guy for a long time, just couldn't bring myself to let go of it! But, all of a sudden, as I was listing auctions this time, I got an urge to list it NOW! I've learned to pay attention to my intuition, so I went ahead and listed it. I have to believe that there is someone out there who needs it more than me, and my time as it's caretaker has ended. As I commented earlier, I held this one back for months and months until this cycle of listings, when my intuition told me it was time to list it. Thanks Lori, all bids are more than welcome! You've chosen a good one to put your bid on, a clear as glass quartz, with beautifull Needles of Tourmaline clearly delineated within it! I was drawn to it from the moment I laid eyes on it, and it was a wrenching decision to give it up for auction! But, bottom line, the reason I do this is not to get rich, or to keep all the good'ns for myself, but rather to make available, to the people who have need of them, fine and unique crystals for use in healing self or others (and who is to say that the person who collects just for the collection, is not being led in that direction by another Cause). this one serves a double purpose great for HEALING.. one to be sought after @@, and great for any collection. How you are able to part with this I WILL NEVER KNOW!! This will give ability to heal and self protect at same time. has great vibrant energy to it. Well, Lisa, like I've mentioned before, I'm a 'Finder', and I seem to have stumbled into somewhat of a 'calling' in this latter part of my life. I've been told by many people now that I have a talent for finding and knowing when a crystal is 'Special. I may not know the particulars, but I feel the potential. I'm NOT a practitioner, I haven't the gift to take up the crystals and perform the healing, but, instead, I can find the crystals, and then I make these special crystals available to the people that CAN USE THEM to bring healing to people. I'm not trying to brag or anything, but that's why I find them, buy them and then give them away here at Listia where we have such a concentration of practitioners and healers across several disciplines. I try to keep any cash expenditures very low so as to enable as many as possible. I have to admit that it brings me a great deal of satisfaction to hear that a crystal that I found has helped someone. Have a good one!

jmin ...FYI..it is not actually the SIZE for healing it is the crystal itself and the combo of crystals being used for healings but basis always contains at least one cleat quartz. Having a POINT is helpful and a desire but not required depending on the quality of the quartz or where the quartz origin is from. I am still searching for the right MERKABA quartz. you could have several of same quartz point and only one you are drawn too.....make us looks picky but truly the stone chooses you

This is true! As the wandmakers in Harry Potter said, "It has always been clear that the wand chooses the wizard". My theory is that crystals grow over the aeons to have a crystalline matrix that's similar to a nervous system, and when the right practitioner makes contact with the crystal, the electromagnetic field of the practitioner finds compatible pathways and together new pathways are activated which are then capable of reaching out to other nervous systems to effect change and healing there. That's REALLY basic and raw, but it's the basics of a thesis I've been sorta working on.
