The listing, BEAUTIFUL 14K WG PINK STONE DIAMOND RING SZ 5.5 has ended.

This beautiful ring features an emerald-cut pink stone (about 1 carat in size) accented on each side by 3 small round-cut diamonds. It is set in solid 14k white gold and is stamped 14k and the maker's mark EMA. It is a size 5.5 and weighs 2.8 grams. Although I am not sure exactly what the pink stone is, I believe it is a natural stone and not a CZ because it shows some response to my diamond tester (maybe a pink sapphire or topaz?). It is a lovely shade of carnation pink. I won this ring on here a few years ago, but it needs an owner who will wear it more often. It is in excellent condition and would make a great gift for yourself or a loved one:)

Pink Ice was man-made and boomski has already said it tested as a natural stone , not a diamond, so I too, am leaning toward the Topaz

No, it is not a diamond, maybe a topaz or a sapphire. The side stones are diamonds though.
