This is an IPHONE 4S and it has no scratches or cracks or damage. The front glass was replaced so it's white with a black home button and a black back glass. It looks like a brand new phone. It has no water damage. I will also include the charger.
The only problem this phone has as seen in pictures 2,3, 8,9 and 10. Is it needs an iTunes update. I do not have or use iTunes and my computer is broken. When you turn it on it will go to the iTunes update screen and no further. So I'm hoping one of you tech savvy people can do something with it. I'm completely illiterate when it comes to most electronic devices and I really don't have the time to try and figure it all out, nor do I have an interest either. All my kids have gotten other phones and every one is pleased so this has just been sitting in my closet. I won it on here and have done nothing with it since the day it arrived and it's been a long time!!! So if you think you can figure it all out, then here it is. The person I won it from said it was unlocked to work on any carrier like AT&T and simular,I think it's called GSM but don't quote me on that!!! :-) :-) yes it has a SIM card slot on the side, which I tried to capture in a later picture.
Please see all the pictures, it's a very nice phone, and in perfect like new condition.

I want to ask all that read this, I also have an iPhone 5S that I want too list but I want to make sure first. When you turn it on a partial email comes up and you need a password.I don't know the password. Is there any way around this? If there is I would be happy to list it on Listia for auction. very nice phone - yes you are correct - you have to use itunes to do the update on the phone and restore it to factory settings. if any one who wins this item is confused how to do that, just send me a message and i will gladly send you the walk through information on how to do it, it is actually very simple but can be complicated if your not computer savvy.

It can easily be updated but if some one tried to unlock it previously and failed it may have bricked the radio inside that allows the phone to access your carriers network. It will also do as the images so. It will only boot to show to plug to iTunes but you can't do anything to fix it unless you take the phone apart and replace the broken radio board inside. I worked for Apple I have seen this happen many times. There is no way for u to know which it is unless you have a computer to rest of it is just a simple iTunes update. :) I have all agitate info on that I just wanted to add that fyi just in case the person I got it from on here previously bricked it.

To recover password/disabled phone download itunes press and hold home while connecting to computer make sure itunes is open then recovery /update phone it will reset ;)

Ricky is right...the phone is in recovery mode, ready to connect to iTunes to be restored to factory settings. That will make the phone like new again. There is a step by step article on the Apple site that explains the process. This is a great phone and a great auction. These are still selling for a good price - as much as $250 new, and all of my teens are using this model -- and are content with its bells and whistles.
