what size are these? I learned a lot of cloth diapers will say onesize, but they aren't. I am looking for ones that will fit a newborn as well as 2 yo.

These will fit a newborn as well as a 2 year old, the thing with older kids is more inserts is best cause they're producing more liquid to fill the diaper.

I don't understand your question. The inserts are for the inside of the diaper for absorbency, so when your child uses the diaper it doesn't just leak out the sides. Much like disposables absorbency but their washable and reusable with the cloth diapers.

I so want these. Cloth diapers my oldest child and she was potty trained before even being a year and a half. My second used disposables since we didn't have a washer and dryer and I'm hoping she will be potty trained before a year but I'm unlikely I can get her that interested in two months. With baby three I want to use cloth diapers since I swear that why my older one was using the potty so early.
I'm hoping for a boy but I would definitely have a girl wearing these too.

What material are the inserts made of? Bamboo? Hemp? Cotton? Zorb? microfleece? etc

Majority Zorb and micro, I believe there are 2 hemp, and some bumgenius brand.

Listia rules and policies, basically anything that has touched genital area is banned. That's why only new swimsuits, underwear etc. This lot is following the rules and policies of lista. (Sanitation thing)
