Okay do let me get this straight, the camera turns on and is able to be used, take pictures and everything but the lends just doesn't shut? Or does the entire camera have to be fixed? You keep going back n forth with your answers. Please just give me a straight answer. Is the winner going to be able to use the camera right when they get it or do they have to get it fixed in order to take pictures?

The lens is broken because you are holding it wrong in photo & that puts pressure on it. Duh! I was interested in this item, but now I see why its broke.

I am getting a little more than irritated by your evasiveness and avoiding the questions about the condition of this camera. You imply that the camera works great but the problem with the lens would not cause the camera to power up and then shut right down on it's own. So there is more wrong with it than the problem you created by mishandling the camera by holding it by the lens as pictured. So the camera can not be used without taking it to the repair shop and getting both the lens issue fixed as well as the powering up and shutting down issue fix. If either of those items can be fixed, since you yourself have not taken the camera to a shop to have it checked out. Is that right? You have never given a full and straight answer to any of the questions about this cameras working condition. And you are only guessing if it can be fixed and what the real problems are with this camera. Why haven't you taken it to a shop and had it looked at so you can say definitively what is wrong with it and what it will cost to fix it if it can be fixed at all? Being able to say this is exactly what is wrong and this is exactly what it will cost would solve all of the speculation and get you the kind of bids on this camera you want or expect.
