Ok, here it is, I asked if anyone was interested and I explained what I knew about it. I got so many people messaging me to list it so here it is guys!!!!
*** this is an iPhone 5S ***
It's black and Gray
I'm including the gold pop on case you see in the latter pictures.
It does have a tray on the side for a sim card
The phone is unlocked for any GSM carrier (that's what I was told)
The top left corner of the screen is cracked but does not affect it's performance and the LED is fine.
*The usb charging cable comes with it*

The phone goes to a screen where there is an email and it asks for a password. I do not know the password. I'm very illiterate when it comes to things like this and everyone in my family already has new phones they are content with so I have no use or desire to keep or use this one.
Many of you have messages me and said y'all know a way around the email and password deal so I went ahead and listed the phone. I will include the usb charger with the phone.

On the back of the phone at the bottom. I think it is the last line of numbers/letters. If you are able to take a clearer picture of the back of the phone I might be able to get it. I can't read on the pictures of the back that you have right now. I know it is hard to get clear pictures. :)

This phone is locked to the previous owner. You will need the password for that cloud account. It is useless unless you can get the previous owner to plug it into his computer and wipe it back to original settings.

It's called the icloud lock. This means it is now a paperweight. If you can get the original password, it could be used, but otherwise I don't think so.

My son said it's not coming up as what he knows to be icloud locked, it's coming up as a spotify account. Another Listian said that's a music app or something. Yes I have hid some comments because some people are rude and I don't think people insulting me and my character need to be on display, and if your not comfortable then by all means, DON'T BID!!!!! I have been as honest as I can be, I've put updates on top of updates and if everyone reads everything like they should then they will see all of it. And every comment concerning the phone itself are there for all eyes too see. And half of them say the phone is hopeless, others say it's no big deal. And they are not hidden!!!! I don't really care who bids and who don't. It's been updated for parts only because I don't know if the phone can be used or bypassed or reset as it's been called. I don't know anything about iPhone products to start with and if said this repeatedly. I hope this has helped you some. Thanks!! :-) :-)

There actually is a way around iCloud lock.... Not everyone can have access to do it but it can be done. I don't really think it's legal but it's like with jail breaking phones- illegal but not enforced.

I agree with you, people find ways around everything!!!!! And some people are really good at what they do!!!!! I've been on u-tube all day yesterday watching the various videos on how to get around this problem, crazy enough there was many of them that all were all doing the same procedure so they must be on to something if they all have come up with the same way to do it. unfortunately I don't understand all that mumbo jumbo and tech terms, but I'm convinced that it can be done if someone can understand all the terms they use and the steps they say to take. I just don't know what all of that means but I'm sure many of you super tech savvy folks out there would know exactly what they are talking about. :-) :-) :-) :-) they even show them with the exact screen coming up as mine is and they do the steps and then it's gone. They do every step before your eyes too.

I'm not an expert, but if you don't know the password and can't log into the phone to open it up, access the settings, and/or remove the app, the phone is useless as far as I know. Good for parts though.

I really can't say for certain if anyone will be able to do anything with them and I know nothing about them to help. I have gotten many messages from people saying they can get around whatever the issues are and that's really all I have to go by. I hope they are right though. I don't want too see anyone lose their credits and can't use it in the end, know what I mean? That's why I just updated a few days ago that I'm saying it's FOR PARTS ONLY. If everyone would read all the comments and updates as well as the description then they would know I have nothing to hide and have been very forthcoming about everything.
