Description

The listing, NINTENDO NES CONSOLE (NTSC) NEW 72 TESTED WORKS W/ GUN ZAPPER & 2 CONTROLLERS -- FREE SHIP! has ended.

NES GAME SYSTEM! BLAST BACK INTO THE PAST!

So, I have a few of these under my belt because I had an excessive fear of a console dying on me since they are an older console. Wouldn't you know, they are pretty indestructible when you know how to refurbish and fix 'em.

So, here is a clean NES game system in full working order, but doesn't come with games (but plenty get listed on Listia, so save your credits!).

The one I am listing has minor cosmetic issues and some yellowing from Father Time himself.

What about the original power cord and plugs? Yep, checked them on a modern TV (sans rabbit ears), and they work! No sparks, or nothing (weren't the 80's great?)!
The controllers though, what about those? All buttons are there and not gnawed off from rats, or teething babies, or whatever eats the controllers over time (I blame the babies, TBH). When plugged in, whaddya know, THEY WORK! CRIKEY! THIS IS AWESOME!
Pins, or fishies as I call them, have been replaced and makes good (but firm) contact with all games.

Shipping & tracking is free within the contiguous US. If you live out of the 48 states, please inquire about shipping costs.

I ship 2-3 days after auction closes while observing holidays. Please send me your Listia verified address after the auction closes so that shipping is not delayed.
If you have questions, please ask prior to a bid. I answer questions within 24-hours.

I have kept one to myself, and I'll admit, I lost two hours playing OG Tetris.

Don't tell anybody!

I have to find two more power cords and adapters for the TV, and then I will upload another one to Listia. ;)

Gin?

I don't do GIN around these parts because I know what it's like to want an auction badly but have it go away to GIN.

Plus, no GIN allows users five days to collect credits to bid.

Thanks for the question!

A Famicom is not a NES.

True. However, you somehow get a cord cut in half (in my case, cats love to chew through cords), and you are hosed in terms of playing on a Famicom.
Replacing the PINs aren't so easier, either (tried that the other day with a SNES).

I guess it's perceptive. And sure, Famicon may have more games (around a couple of dozen), but you'd be playing them in Japanese.

I don't know Japanese.
