You can go to buy credits to see listia's value...
but...We don't do it that way... We just list stuff we don't want and what ever it gets, it gets.... then we just save them up until we have enough to go shopping... Good Luck

Yes that's exactly what I'm saying. Im not in Puerto Rico im getting responses from other listians about it. I have someone who won from me with a Puerto Rico address and it is not marked in my auction that I ship there. She opened a dispute and the Listia mod is now telling me that I HAVE to ship it. And that's not right so technically I am getting a petition because they have 2 shipping options one for USA and one for Puerto Rico. If it was the same then there wouldn't be 2 options right?

It is a separate option on the shipping information, which makes it a separate entity. If you look.. Alaska and Hawaii is not separated...They are included within the united states
When Puerto Rico starts paying Federal Income tax, then they can be considered Americans. Until then its a No...
Technically they are Americans but......They have to Live in America for 14 years before they are considered American Citizens.

Do you realize that if you mark only USA and a bidder wins with Puerto Rico Listia will say you have to ship it? This was a test question because I have this happen to me and Puerto Rico is not In my shipping details. So I'm asking a bunch of people to get the response so I can send to Listia that USA is not part of Puerto Rico shipping. Thank you

No, we do not have to ship it...It says Free shipping (United States) right next to the picture.. Plus if you read my description it says I only ship (within) the United States...If you choose to ignore these, it can tie up your bids for a long time, and you still won't receive the item... Sorry!
