Some things to note to avoid confusion, this is an e-Gift Card. (electronic/website/online-not for use inside store). You must go to the website provided on the card, enter the promo code exactly (Caps matter!) as shown, select which card you want and then submit YOUR information with a VALID email address. The e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided so make sure you enter it correctly.

The first picture shows the promotion code box (obviously hidden) with the expiration date (8/9/15). *This is the date that you have to enter the promo code on the website. The gift card itself once claimed has no expiration date or maintenance fees.

The second picture shows the directions on the inside of the card on how to redeem.

The last picture shows the website (before activation) showing the amount ($15) and the empty entry fields where you would insert your own information for receipt.

I will submit through Listia the Promotion Code as soon as the auction ends. Since the code cannot be reused, I will not provide refunds if you change your mind once I send you the code. Don't take it personally, but this is for my own protection. Note: I will ship the actual promotion card via USPS only upon request.
