I got this phone on eBay and apparently the seller does not do refund. I didn't realize that it was Verizon my carrier is T-Mobile. The screen has no scratches. Phone also has a clean IMEI #. Will come in box with charger back and battery. There is also a plastic on screen to keep from getting scratched. NOW for the problem.. the seller told me that the phone was unlocked which it is not. It was suppose to come with manual and didn't. I'm even having a hard time completely closing the back. Seller won't give a refund so I'm posting on here. I hope someone can use it.

I have the same phone and it has a locked bootloader, but it should be able to get it SIM unlocked from Verizon. It was last updated to Android 2.3.4.
