Description
The listing, Beautiful stone jewelry set has ended.
I have this set that is absolutely stunning. I dont know if my mother ever actually wore this and decide to list it since she passed away. Please be respectful when making comments. Rude or nasty comments will get you blocked and reported. This set has a necklace, ring (size 7 i believe ) and a bangle bracelet or bracelet cuff... i am not an expert on jewelry. The 5th pic shows the marking found on the bracelet. I do not know what kind of metal it is, i assume copper.
Happy bidding
NOTE: i cannot lower days or offer gin as this is set to end when i can ship out. I am heading on a 2k mile round trip for my moms funeral. I can answer questions to best of my knowledge as i will check in via mobile. Thanks.
Questions & Comments
This jewelry is very beautiful and I am a betting man that your mother was as well. I am a strong believer that jewelry like this finds the wearer not the other way around.
Thank you for this beautiful comment. I added a picture. Yes my mom was truly beautiful and a strong survivor. The photo is her with her guide dog rocky (yes mom was blind ) i fanned ya. And again thank you.
Thanks. I fanned ya back. I have a rule in my home. If it dont get used ... it gets listed. I dont see in a point to have something and not use it when someone else can. My mom had great taste and she was someone everyone could like. She was the best. And i am glad to see people wanting these things. Have a great evening
Can't really tell the marking on the back. Looks like either a stone holding place or a can you tell (if it is a marking/stamp) if it has a crown on top of it (e.g. letter or some marking with a crown stamp above it)? Also wanted to give you my condolences. I too not long ago lost my own Mother, and it's one of the hardest things to go through! Just know you're not alone, and I will give you the words I have been telling myself throughout the entire thing myself, "At least she is no longer in a world filled with so much hate, and somewhere better than here." I know that isn't saying much to help with the grief, but it's helping me these days, believe you, me. So I HOPE it helps you some too. ((HUGS)) From one stranger to another, going through similar circumstances.
Thank u so much sweetie. -huggles- i appreciate those words. I tell my self something similar to that as well as this, shes no longer lonely, sad, sick or anything. She can see again and is no longer in pain. I know she is smiling down on me. As for the marking... it is stamped. I doubt its to hold anything and crown is a possibility. I am a fan of yours.
I am sorry for your loss- This is gorgeous and I hope you get tons of credits for it. My Grandpa was blind, but never had a dog to guide him- I'll say a [prayer for you.
thank you so much. fanned ya. and thanks for the prayer. need it. Rocky helped mom a lot with seeing and the loneliness that comes with being blind. He is a good boy. He is now getting to do many things he couldn't before. he finally gets to be a dog lol. this set is really rising and im pleased. thanks for the comment.
I never thought I would ever see this again... My great grandmother, had a necklace that, thinking back it looked like this.. I had the bracelet that matched it.... lost it.. Absolutely gorgeous.. Gathering up credits...... F&W&B
Fanned and watching and will be bidding also .So very sorry for your loss. Blessings,Healing energy,Smudging, and candles lit for you for healing and peace. Such very beautiful pieces of Jewelry your Mother was a very Beautiful person and had exquisite taste in her belongings. She will always be with you hun so just talk to her like she was never gone she can hear you and she will show you the way in whatever you need help and guidance with. Always here as a friend if you need to talk or any help.Blessings Gypsy
Turns out it is perfect...well the ring is small for one finger but I wear a 6 on my little finger, so I might find a way to make it fit,,,,LOL & Thanks
No prob. And glad to help. This set is nice. And i updated info on what it is and who made it. Thanks to another listian who recognized the work. Good luck. I am anxious to see this end.
Hmmmm, I was thinking more along the lines of Jennikjewelers, in New Mexico! This absolutely looks like her work! Either way it is beautiful, and quite expensive. In UT we have a giant copper mine, Kennecott, look it up, it's cool!) and there is no doubt that it is made of copper. Now, on another note...I am so sad and sorry about your moms passing, I will be sending her and your family love, light and strength. It's been 5 years since I lost my parents ('m 52) and I am still parting with their items here on Listia. I gave and gave and gave to every shelter and knew they'd want me to keep going till it was all gone, i still can catch a sniff of moms cologne on some of her fav things. Please know I am not into organized religion, but can feel them with me at least 3 times a week. So just remember, you'll never walk alone... xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxo
Love this and hoping to win this closer to auction end. f/w/b Best of luck and blessings on your trip. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I lost both my parents on the same day in 1981. It does get easier with time. remember the good times and the bad will fade away.
Thank you darling. And hope you are well. Good luck with bidding. I Fanned you back. I have a hard time sometimes but im hanging in there. These are absolutely stunning and whoever wins will be a happy person. Take care and good luck
