There is a 12 foot plastic flag wall banner decorated with balloons, a 7 foot HAPPY BIRTHDAY letter banner with balloons and a 3 pack of hanging decorations. The hanging ones feature two different balloon clusters and one HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign also with matching balloons. This pack does not state how long these hang.
