It is the word replica that is confusing me.

Fanning you back. The word replica is for the 22 kt golden stamps located in the lower left hand corner. They are the same stamps as in the right hand corner but layered in 22 kt gold. The covers are stamped with the date of the first day of issue for the stamp, which is what makes them more valuable plus having them lightly layered in 24 kt gold. The other first day issue stamps/covers are of the first day issue if those stamps without the golden replica in the lower left hand corner. I hope I was able to help you some.
