Hardley used I didnt like it I prefer the old school models everything that comes with it is pictured the manel and dvd instructions are missing you can find that info by google search theres a pic of model and serial number so this is" as is" good condition and well maintained with its own storage case I dont know much else but will try to answer questions

I never got a loop with this so probably free hand I didnt try any embroidering I lost the dvd instructions to this and the arm extention the thing that slides on to make a wider surface you could probably find those online somewhere
