this digital compass has not been used at all, still has the screen protector on it. turns on and works great as you can see in the pictures. it is practically brand new. (comes with no box or manual but you can download it online). It tells you which way you are going, the time, and a bunch of other stuff. It has an indiglo light and a strap to attach it in many ways to make sure it dont get lost. It is a must have for hiking, camping, hunting, and all other kinds of stuff. this is a great little piece and i am letting it go at a very low price, and as always FREE SHIPPING

thanks, i won this off a person on here with the thought it would be easier than a lensatic compass but because of my extensive use of the lensatic compass in the army i prefer it over this digital compass.

Does this work as a GPS too? Does it give Lat. and Long. coordinates?

no i do not think it does, but i will take a look at it and let you know for sure. i got this off here and never used it.

in answer to your question "slumlord1" this does NOT work as a GPS. it shows date, time, temp, and day of the week.
