LizzieBell82 please let people know that the USPS is taking its ever lovin time getting mail to its destination, no fault of the seller. I know people get very upset cause they don't get their item in a few days. I have known it to take up to 3 weeks to deliver a packet and even first class mail!! Seems complaints with USPS don't work either. So every one please be patient.

Good point. I always ship before my 7 days are up, but yeah...the post office can and usually does take its time. I've even had priority packages take over a week to arrive to some people. Patience is definitely needed when it comes to our good ol' post office!

I usually do smaller washi tape auctions (like 2 or 3 tapes) about once or twice every two weeks to check back!

What is washi tape?

It originated in Japan and is made out of paper and feels like masking tape. People use is for decorating household things, crafts, letters, envelopes, etc. There's SO much you can do with it. I mail within 3 days But Post Office seems not to cooperate. Just a heads up in case.
Washi tape is great for decorating a lot of stuff. I use it on my plain cane to make it look better. I decorate envelopes so they stand out, I have done my bedroom mirror around the edges with pretty Washi Tape. The use is limited to the what you dream up. I hope your auction does well. These things are not cheap.

Oh what a great idea on the cane! I want to do my ceiling fan in pretty colors....I just have to quit being lazy and come up with a motif lol. I also decorate envelopes and I agree -- you're only limited by what you don't dream up. Plus pinterest has TONNNNS of ideas so if you can't think of anything, they can help. Thank you for all of your thoughts and tips. :) I hope this auction does well too. Normally I only sell 1-3 washi tapes at a time, but this time I went a little crazy. This will decide if I stick to the smaller amounts.

Oh yeah on the mail....some of my items I mailed out took the long way around and I was receiving dispute after dispute because stuff hadn't arrived after 4-5 days. I was about to say heck with this Listia. It was almost two weeks which I put in my listings 2-10 business days but a few didn't take that in to account and was quick to click on the dispute button.

That's ridiculous, isn't it? 4-5 days is NOT enough time considering it can take 10-14 business days for most items. It just depends on distances, weather, road conditions, etc. That's why I ALWAYS get tracking.

yeah one I wish I had of got tracking on one but then some are little and flat like the postcards ....which some don't go that high anyway to even warrant the cost of first class parcel with tracking...lol
I just block a few now and then...which the one I didn't get tracking on I'm pretty sure has showed up since the ones that I sent out the same day finally showed up but then I'm out of credits for the one that I refunded after I told her to wait a few more days to please be patient. Everyone of the disputes said seller didn't let me know when they mailed out which I assumed the sent it button let them know I'd sent it out...that's what happens when you assume. So started emailing when I send out and tell them that it takes 2-10 business days and any concerns about their win to please message me to through Listia.

That's too bad people have to act like that. Listia is supposed to be fun and there is so many cool things to get and that you can sell on here. A few bad apples ruin it for the rest of us. I always thought clicking on sent it said, "HEY! I sent it out!" too. I haven't had any issues like you have, but from now on I'm going to send an email too that way I don't end up getting burned like you have.
