if customs is charging 40.00 they are ripping you off.. Worked for postal so its bull .. Also I know first hand that they do not charge, I won a PS4 system , plus lots of extras from a guy on here, I paid him for the shipping and it was what shipping cost , no extras .. Plus everything that gets shipped from Listia should be marked as GIFT due to No exchange of money for the item, if the winner also pays for shipping the item is still marked as a gift. Per to customs rules and guidelines if no money is received for an item , the item is then a gift. simple

lol i often wonder were you get some of your facts DFF... i mean really $40 fees in Canada?... i live in the USA and have relatives in Canada... there is no such thing for basic shipping services to Canada if done right and by normally used shipping methods such as USPS now ya maybe UPS or Fedex MIGHT cost that much to ship there if a faster arrival time option was chosen id say... but there are NO fees for the buyer upon receiving the item last i checked... and id say even more so for Pokemon cards...

I sold a ps4 8 games or so and several other things to a nice Mother (if i recall maybe taluschick?) from here on Listia who lives in Canada it cost me about $40 in all to ship it safely with tracking and insurance and semi decent speed and she had no such fees that im aware of and her family loves the stuff ^^

id love to bid on this simply for the steel case but wooow... that's a bit much for me granted i paid 170k recently for exnoblade chronicles for the 3ds... but that was merely a its rare on here and well i REALLY WANTED IT ^^ but ya nice deal you got on this! but sadly its also showing me how bad listia is getting and rather fast to... :(

Kids are still playing it like crazy, they haven't even played all the games yet :-)

This auction is amazing and even though it don't ship to Canada, still a awesome auction :-)

Few things on Listia that are good anymore, happy to see some of the great sellers are still sticking around ..

canada charges $40 for customs no one would sell to a place that charges you on top of your shipping and handling cost and since listia and us law dosent allow you to mark it as a gift insted of a sale you have no choice but to pay

i shipped out 7 pokemon cards a few months ago to canada customs chaged $40 i also shipped 2 other pokemon card lots after that too canada both got charged $40 customs fees to the buyer you dont get charged customs when you say its a gift but if you do say its a gift and its a sale you could get a fine of up to $500 anyone that says it dosent cost $40 clearly said it was a gift not a sale go to ups or usps they will tell you the same thing canada customs charges random fees for shipping the buyer gets charged these fees not the seller so never offer free shipping to canada unless you mark it as a gift but if you do this all the buyer has to do is go to ups or usps get the slip saying its a gift and not a sale and they dont have to give you any of the credits for the item as you gifted it to them i have had that happen twice now lost over 400k credits i have the user name of the canadian buyer that got charged the $40 customs fee for the pokemon cards if you want more proof
