Like I said in other one. these are great especially to people in need of stuff like this:) I got into trouble 14 years ago at 17 years old in my town and had community service..we had to fill like 400 backpacks full of supplies for families with kids in need..for Nashua NH. That was the ONLY and BEST court ordered community service I ever did..it felt good to do that..never really knew how many people needed these, some didn't though just took advantage..stinky part was though it was in a room at 80 ° no ac, :( I had lots of fun and we got to take home a few left over items..such a great thing to do:)

I'm sorry you got in trouble so long ago. I would love to do this on a larger scale, but I'm not sure how to go about starting it. I know when I was a single mom, my girls got a bag full of supplies one year. I cried cuz I couldn't do better for them then. Thank god for the school's social worker, she knew how stubborn and proud I was.

It is pretty nice..they provide breakfast and dinner meals 2x a day for the homeless or others that don't have lots of food at home, and shelter beds for men,women and families..they also do a coat drive for the winter and food donation boxes, Christmas and Thanksgiving boxes of food with a turkey and fixings for families in need during the holidays:)

Right..there are a lot of homeless people here..but also drugs..and lately dumb kids/ adults shooting off guns. Some kid drove by and shot a another teen in the foot..he turned himself in. But in certain areas of town is bad..but overall not to bad..lots of people here and Manchester nh are hooked on heroin.
