My anniversary use to be 9/11. We haven't celebrated since that day! How do you celebrate on such a horrible day. I'll never forget watching and crying! Excellent auction! Always a fan... would love to win!!!!

What a shame...I'm so Sorry.....
But 9-11 is a Day of Remembering of What Happened....Hopefully, it will never happen again... But, I wouldn't let them ruin, or run the rest of our lives because of it... That would mean They Win... and They Did Not Win... Because they can not and will not take our Pride in being Americans.

Already a Fan. I remember that day. I was asleep when the first plan crashed into the North Tower. My Mom woke me up and told me a plane had crashed into the Pentagon! I was up and out of my bed and I had turned my tv on and I saw the plane crash into the South Tower. Unreal how something like this could have happened to our Great Country. I will never FORGET that day ever, <3

I too, remember watching the whole thing unfold on tv...and then hearing there was a plane spotted just over Ohio, and then going to school and grabbing all the kids.... I was scared to death.... That was just to close to home...

you are very talented! I was dozing with GMA on the tv when the first plane hit-I heard the announcement of fire on the world trade center and woke right up. saw the second plane hit and called my mom because I knew she wouldn't have the news on. We cried together on the phone as the towers went down. I was on the computer non-stop for 4 days networking with others and getting the right information out. There were so many rumors! Being in dog rescue, one of my saddest points was when I learned of the security dog who died in the basement. And the pads of the search dogs working to find survivors. I am proud of my country as you are. Keep up the great work!

Reading about everyone's memories of this day in history just brings tears to my eyes. It was was a horrible day for all Americans. I have some firemen in my family, they took it hard. This is a great tribute and good luck to those bidding.
