I had this mp3 player it's a great player to download your music on but there are two issues with it: low volume- it's hard to her in a crowd or you can't hear without ear piece and low battery life. I hope you get the credits you deserve because overall it's a ok mp3 player for a kid.

Actually never really had an issue with the volume. But I also had different headphones than the ones that came with it. Maybe that makes a difference? Not sure. But this hasn't really gotten a ton of use. It was for my kid. The novelty wore off fast for him
