The only real way to change anything in an auction that already has a bid is to contact Listia via the help ticket system.

By desktop browser, there is a link in the bottom right corner that will take you there. Then look for "create a ticket", or "contact us", I don't remember which.

By iOS app, tap the "menu" triple bar symbol on the bottom left, the menu will slide out from the left edge. Scroll down to "Help" and press it. This will take you to the Help / FAQ section, with two buttons across the bottom. "Create Ticket" and "My Tickets" tap "Create Ticket". You may need to login again, don't ask why, `cause I don't know.

This will bring up a ticket for you to fill out. Make sure you check your email, because I often find that they don't respond to the tickets, instead responding by email.
