As a hardcore PS collector i can vouch and say both PS1 and PS2 have silver bottoms... As far as i can tell only ps2 has blue bottoms and as far as ps2 black bottoms... i spent nearly 2 hours going through my 500+ cib collection and 200 plus loose collection and could not find a single black bottom disc... and i even have several copies of each of the games you mentioned... only thing i cna think of is maybe a different region as all mine are NTSC-U

Now these are just game discs I have, they are not complete with cases. My bud who gave me these black bottoms finally got back to me. Initially, for ps2, black cd-roms were to be released for retail but it was decided to use blue to distinguish them from psx games . From blue cd’s to shiny silver dvd’s. He confirms that all early ps2 cd-rom games released for retail were blue, so I was incorrect. He considers the ones I have as bootlegs and to add to the collection pile. Which I will do.
