To be honest, I do not know much about the phone since it was given to me and I have never used it. I do know it has a WAP Web browser but I have found nothing to indicate if it is WIFI enabled or not. IM sorry if that doesnt help.

im not 100% sure but I know that most companies have some sort of sim card kit to change from one carrier to another. I would call tracfone to find out first in order to be sure.
