Only a Jeweler can say for sure but silver and gold can generally go up or down 2 sizes. It depends on the setting. I hope that helped :)

I am an April baby also. Mine is the 25th!! This ring is to die for though!! The Swiss Blue Topaz pull the blues out of the opal. They have one just like this but with Dark Pink Topaz. Makes the opal look pink, almost :)
