One ice pack will be sent, request large or small. add $2 dollars for shipping for each additional ice pack after one. the far left is a cell phone case. the two white pouches are ice packs that when fully frozen can last for days. I left two outside in 80 degree weather for two days and still over 75% frozen. They work extremely well. With the silver lining: sold separately :they will last over a week .Add $3 shipping for silver linning.( Pizza box is just for size comparison and is not included)
