i see a plug on the side. i do not know if the plug is in the box.i saw online the plug is in the box. i have not open it so do not know if it is in there.need 2 AAA battery

Sorry for your loss, this is great for someone caring for another. I used one like this for my mother in law when she was near he end, now we use it as an intercom
