Description

The listing, Vintage 1960’s GI Joe 12’ with added free stuff GIN only BONUS has ended.

GIN only BONUS: Winner will receive some nice stuff. I can't post all pics, to much.
My GIN amounts are higher than usual lately. This is due to my shipping costs. I always repay winners by over giving on listings.
I have for the taking, a free a 1964-67 12" GI Joe. 25+ years ago, I packed away several boxes full of GI Joes and accessories. Much of this collection is from my childhood. I am not an expert on these, but will do my best to describe them. I will say this, these are super clean (like me!)

This is a 1964-67 body, brown painted hair and semi hard head. It is a transition piece, with steel and painted rivets. Numbered and lettered limb pieces. Very early piece!
This is a nicely played with toy. Shows minimum wear, NO stress cracks at all. No rubbing of hair. He is stamped with the raised patent number. He comes with a set of 5th issue fatigues, brown low cut no mark boots, hat marked Hong Kong, and Marine manual. May be missing some parts (clasps, buttons, tags, pieces....). I am uncertain of what goes with what, so I am just grouping it as I go. I will add all genuine GI Joe accessories, clothing, weapons, footlockers, no knock-offs, all vintage stuff here. I have more Joes to list if this gets some attention and draws interest. (nice Shore Patrol Joe, Mp Joe, 2-3 Marines. astronaut, jeeps, A few talking Joes. Adventure Joes)

THIS is a very clean vintage childhood toy. From a non smoking home with a big fat black lush of a cat. Have no worry, she does not smoke either!

I ship all orders Mon.-Fri. within 24-48 hours of closing. All packages will have tracking. Free shipping United States.

If there is a problem, please contact me first. I will do whatever it takes to remedy the problem.

Please feel free to ask any questions. Verified address and Listia rules apply.

Hello 42w4kds,
Thank you! It is a very nice piece. Managed to keep a lot of my childhood stuff. (Thanks Mom!) The GIN winner will not be disappointed. Good luck to you. I wish I had the boxes! Those were thrashed weeks after receiving the Joe's as gifts. I remember cramming them full of Joe's stuff before I got a foot locker! Thank you again.

Thank you! I have not had a chance to add the GIN only BONUS items or the accessories for Joe. I have been busy at work with only 8 hours of day light. I will add in the next few days.

If you win without the gin do you still get any accessories?

Hello Hellwert1974,
Yes there will be the initial set of camo's listed and I have some items to put in. Weapons, sea diving equipment and accessories, Field gear. I do not want to skimp on holding back on items, yet I am not throwing in vintage, Joe gear that is only going to fetch a mere winning bid. Some of the items are worth as much as the Joe himself. If there is a GIN winner, I will be more reluctant to fill up the locker with stuff. Thanks for showing interest.

Hello TazZombee,
Thank you for getting back to me. As I do not collect Joe's per say, I did not know that. However, I have owned this one since it was given to me as a Christmas gift by my parents when I was a child. I am 56 now, so this has got to be nearly 50 years old. I will look at his hands more closely. But he has numbers and (L) (R) on all parts. He is not one of the original 1964 Joe's, I got him , I think in 1967-8.

The fair was fun. Now a days it is expensive. I like to go for the corn dogs and elephant ears! Now the ears are close to 5$. 30 dollars for two to get in....parking is a joke too.
