Thank you! I thought to myself, " if I was looking for some points, what would I REALLY like to get for my trouble?", and I decided that I'd like to get a selection of a lot of different kinds, shapes and sizes of points, but not just 1 or 2 of each, but rather, 5-7 of each kind so that I'd have enough of them to really DO SOMETHING with: wrap a few, maybe work on mounting some of them, perhaps use some in light catchers or other Feng Shui applications, use them for Reiki healings, use them for craft projects or just to give away as gifts to my friends! I hope everyone who visits the listing will think about it and what THEY might use them for. It's a big lot, but it's meant to be a personalized by whoever wins it! I have no isea what might be finally accomplished by the winner of all these, the sky is the limit, or at least the farthest reaches of the winners imagination...who knows what a creative person might accomplish with such a trove of treasures!! Heh, heh, heh! Yeahhh, that sounds familiar, lol! Mine tend to go in cycles as I cycle through my various areas of interest. So I have layers, kinda like geological strata, where you can trace my personal interest history...a layer of bulk/ junk /vintage jewelry, that's been half harvested, overlaid by a layer of publications and papers about space settlement and asteroid harvesting, partly obscured bt all those Native American artifacts that Evan sold me, covered with more rocks and crystals ...LOL!!

Hey, you forgot "Andale!!', as Senor Speedy Gonzales would say, lol!! Sounds like a dream trip! Do you ever have an opportunity to actually go down into any of the mines, to see the crystals in their natural formations? Or do you do mostly 'pit mining', excavating near the surface? Both have great potential, but I've read of some of the great Brazilian Mines, some are truly wonders! You know, Lemurian Seed Quartz was first discovered in Brazil, and for a long time geologists thought it might be the sole source for them. Lately, of course, as our sensitivity to that range of vibrational energy has increased, we've begun finding them in many locations, worldwide! But Brazil seems to be a Crux of Mineral energy in the world, producing some of the finest crystals on the planet or off! It seems to me like a veritable Mecca for minerologists and crystal nuts alike! I'd like to get there, myself, one of these days! Thank you for the site link! I have it bookmarked... it will another place I will spend a lot of time reading. I bid and am so far the winner, how long that will last I don't know, but if I'm lucky enough to win these will be such an awe inspiring addition to my display come the start of farmer's market season in the spring! By then I will have been able to research more and learned a lttle about each crystal and I can package a card with each one passing along some of my beginners limited knowlege... thank you!

As far as origins are concerned, I can't tell you which are which at this point, but I can tell you that ALL of them Originate at one of the following locations...I hope that helps: Madagascar; China; Tibet; Brazil! Why Thank You! Thing is, you don't need to be an expert, or a Reiki Master, or a Geologist to enjoy and get benefits from Crystals, particularly with respect to Quartz and Amethyst! They are beautiful objects, in their own right, and most people experience a release of endorphins just from being exposed to beautiful crystals...they just make us feel good! And particularly Quartz, but to an extent, almost all crystals, have an electrical component to them (consider piezoelectric science, where small bursts of electricity are produced simply by squeezing a small quartz crystal) that interacts with our own bioelectrical field causing slight changes for the better. But, even if you disregard all that, they make us feel good in the same way that any beautiful object does, and we really needn't bother to go beyond that to find value in surrounding ourselves with crystals and other beautiful things that make us feel good!

I have over a 100 African garnets that came out of my husbands diamond possessing plant, he gave them to me but I dont know much about them, they are very small but so beautiful in color. Zetta, in order to answer your question I need a bit of information...Are the Garnets Green, Orange or Red? You say they are small, but beautiful in color...can you tell me an approximate diameter in mm's, and answer this: are the stones faceted already, or are they uncut? and finally, how is the clarity of the stones, are they very clear and transparent, or are they heavily included? If you can answer those questions for me, I should be able to offer you at least an educated guess. Or, if you want to email me some pictures of them to my crookedmancreations@gmail.com address, I'll be even more accurate. Hope that helps, and as soon as you get me that info, I'll get you some answers!

Hey, Speedy was an adorable little mouse...totally before my time (then how did I know he was a mouse?) LOL!!

Thank you my Dear!!!! I dig both and even being very claustrophobic I go deep into the mines, and spend hours and hours in there! It's one Hellova workout but it's worth every ache and pain! Being a recovered alkie makes it easier to set my mind on the dig, not the party as much...So I am living out my bucket list and have pretty much been everywhere! I adore Uruguay and South Africa! I'll have to background some of my funner stuff in more of my auctions.... I reeled in a 16 foot Mako deep sea fishing and caught big beautiful Halibut in Alaska! Good stuff! I'm ready to hit The great Barrier if the Doc allows asap!

Heh, heh, heh! Yeah, ain't it just a hullabaloo?? Thanks, Susan, glad you like it...I tried to get the kitchen sink in there, but it was too many pixels for the picture, lol!! So I just settled for these, but it's a good selection. I always found that I never had enough small crystals and points to do all the different things I wanted to do, so now, when I find myself with an ample supply, I found that I wanted to offer someone else that feeling, a big enough supply that you need not have to pick which projects will be done based on whether you had enough crystals. I have stuff in every room. Big bowls full of tumbled & rough stones. My best pieces cover the 2 shelf mantle, the end tables, the entertainment center & then there's the boxes in the basement, & let's not forget the new stuff I get very frequently. I do have 1 of my better amethyst cluster & quartz cluster up for auction, Did have 2 amethyst but the 1 in the first 5 minutes it was up. Sometimes you just have to make room for new stuff lol. Nah, I'm not addicted :)
