LARRY JACKSON

Traditional Country Music Crooner Singer/Songwriter has recorded two CD's. The Blue Highway, and Out of The Blue. He has been on other CD's as a Guest Artist and has released 7 singles on three different record labels. Born in Gadsden, AL, Larry's father was killed in an automobile 4 mos before his birth to the day. Larry began playing guitar at 10. He made his first recordings in 1985 for Trish Records, an Independent Record label in Columbus, GA. He cut two singles for Trish Records. In 1986 after the death of his mother he lost all interest in recording/performing and 2 singles from Trish Records were only released in certain Independent Markets in GA.

In late 1987 he returned to the studios in Nashville with a contract with JDS Records owned by Jim Stephens of Aim High Productions who at that time also handled Issac Hayes, and many others, JDS cut 4 singles, and his JDS release "Country Music Never Let Me Down" in 1988 it had independent chart success in major independent markets in the south and northeast, then was released in country music markets in Europe, where it brought attention to Larry's talent as a heart warning smooth baritone song stylist. Larry moved to Nashville, created Loree Records along with some friends. He released his first CD on Loree Records titled "The Blue Highway", This CD was released in over 30 countries around the globe. The Blue Highway also trademarked his sound as a country crooner. He is smooth with a song and owns it.
In 1992 he was a guest on a Paris France Film Documentary titled "DREAMS", outlining his career and success in the Worldwide Independent Country Music Community with his CD "The Blue Highway".

He completed a second CD titled "Out Of The Blue". This release has been said by many music critics to be better than the first, and some say the first CD was the best. But all have embraced both of the great sounds that Larry is putting out with true traditional country music from the soul.
