I love this auction and agree with your defenders - don't pay any mind to the naysayers. If they don't want to bid, why bother with being negative? I'm watching the auction and have fanned you. I hope to be able to bid on it, too, but we'll see - most of my credits are already tied up in other auctions right now. I have not one but TWO "Steamboat Willie" t-shirts. He was the original Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney changed the drawing of him and Minnie Mouse just a little bit, but it was the first animated cartoon with synchronized sound. This is not only an artpiece, it is of cultural and historical significance, as well. GREAT auction!

I dont nuns if it was used but Is there something wrong with the band? Since I read it has never been used but there's some kind of line on it like its marked or something.

I do not understand what it is about this band?! It is a brand new watchband that i put on it myself. The band that came on it Was broken.
what in the world are you seeing on this brand new watch band?
Whew! I'm sorry but that topic is getting a bit tiresome.
There is an elastic band (black) that holds the watch to the cardboard...is that what you are seeing?

Well, to my knowledge it hasn't been worn. Hehe, the band is actually brand new, as the black one on it (which has a Disney buckle that is in the tin) was broken. We got a battery today and it's running perfectly.Feel free to leave this auction if you're going to distrust my word on bands and such.

I don't think the plastic is still on, it may be a scratch on the metal.
I won this at an auction here, the guy bought a storage unit that had lots of these in it. I love it and haven't examined it to that extent. ( i don't mind if there are scatches)
