Is it definitely in working condition? And is there anything noticeably wrong with it we should know about?

And yes, can you let us know how many batteries it takes and what kind also!

What are the measurements of it? How many inches tall?

I haven't found a screw driver but I'm sure it's 2 double a or 3 triple a I'm not sure I'll try to find screw driver. And it works great.
