Creative Haven coloring book. Midnight Garden. Flower and animal designs on a dramatic black background.

Due to some recent issues, I have to do this:

Coloring is such a Zen activity for me that when I feel stressed I will color for a few minutes and find my balance and then carry on! I know it seems silly but anything that lowers your heart rate, brings sanity into Chaotic Situations, and well makes me smile can't be all that bad. Yes it takes me several weeks to finish a picture but the benefit is a beautiful pic at the end. Before they started coming out with adult coloring books I would buy kids one from the dollar store.... so I am loving the adult ones now. =)

These coloring books are really "the thing" right now! I'm the same way. I will sit and color for a little bit each day and I find that not only do I end up with a pretty picture, but it's amazing how much it relaxes me. Good luck! :)

That means someone who buys something and then decides they don't want it and wants their credits back. There's nothing wrong with the item, just changed their mind after the auction ends. The item could have went to someone else. :)
