The listing, Maker's Mark Rich Bourbon Leather Briefcase Cross Body Side Bag has ended.

Vintage early 80s purse is made of genuine leather with a bourbon glow and held together by gold toned hardware. On the turn-lock closure in inscribed "ITALIA MODA". On the flap closure there is an oval leather patch which displays an "R" and it's mirror image (Brand is Rina Rich). Flap closure opens to two tiered zippered pockets with a paisley fabric lining within, and a buckled strap accent at each side of turn-lock. The 3 accordion compartments have a Morrocan style fabric lining. Each compartment corner is clamped by gold toned hardware.

The long strap has 3 holes which allows an overall adjustment of 4 inches. Purse also has a handle strap.

Thank you Chochip1958. It’s not a rip or crack in the leather; it’s more like light wear from how the purse was laying when stored. The handle area was slightly bent up for years creating a slight bend, very minuscule.

mmm no not really, it may have a very very very light tarnish. I don't believe the front clasp is magnetic. you have to twist to lock in place,
