The listing, Samsung Galaxy S2 (Boost Mobile) GUC has ended.

I FAN ALL MY FANS!!!

I am the original owner. Clean ESN. Phone has been in a case since day one and screen protectors since day one. No scratches on the case that I can see. There is a scratch near the camera on the back, but it is not on the lens. It's on the silver trim. No SD card is included, but this phone can support up to 32GB. I've read it can read up to a 64GB card, but haven't tried it. No known charger port problems and no known headphone jack problems.

Hopefully my pictures are good enough. If you want more, let me know in the comments below and I'll post more. Sorry, no GIN's, but who could argue with FREE shipping.

In this auction, you will get:

~~~ Samsung Galaxy S2 Phone (Boost Mobile) (phone is not unlocked, but there are sites that will sell the unlock code for $10. I've seen some that charge $40.)

~~~ Battery cover

~~~ 2 good but used Samsung OEM batteries (one is shown and the other is in the phone) (sorry wasn't thinking. I should have taken it out for the picture.)

~~~ 3 used cases (red sparkle has a decent amount of wear on back from my sticky dash mount so the clear coating has flaked off and shows the flat red under it) (the pink one is newer and in better shape) (the rubber is interchangeable on these two cases) (the thin pink tpu case is the newest one I got for it)

~~~ OEM Samsung portable wall charger adapter with usb cable

~~~ 5 total custom fitted screen protectors (4 are new in packages - 2 packages with 2 each, but total of 5 screen protectors as there is one on the phone now)

I'll have to do some calculating to figure out about when I bought this phone. I went to Batteries Plus for a new Rayovac replacement battery (was $40 at that time) and had this phone for about 2.5yrs then. My dad still has his S2 so I gave him my new battery around 6-8mos later when I switched to Straight Talk and got their S3 and have my original battery and his original battery in this listing. I did charge up both batteries that will be included in this auction. The date on that receipt will give me an idea about when I got this phone. I'll give him the receipt next time I go see him. I think I know where that receipt is. I'll post a new comment in a few on the date for you. Hope this helps for now. Thanks for asking your question.

This phone does not have a slot for a sim card. I think the S2 phones were before sim card slots and the whole new thing about bring your own device and move around carriers. I'll send you a PM. Call Straight Talk and tell them you have a friend that is willing to give you their old locked Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2. If you are able to unlock it, will they be able to activate it on their service?

Originally, I was on Boost Mobile (this S2 came from the Boost store), then moved my number to Straight Talk, but bought their S3 online. Now I have an unlocked Verizon phone on Straight Talks service with my same number. It may be easier to unlock the sim slot and then get the new carriers sim card and go to the new carrier. Without having a sim card slot, I'm not sure if buying the unlock code from some sites online will make it work.

Yes, all packages will come with tracking. When I update an item shipped, I'll post the tracking number as well. The good news is USPS now provides tracking free of charge on all shipping services, except for media mail last I heard.

Plus, last I heard too on Listia, sellers are now required to provide tracking number(s) even before the Post Office changed on tracking numbers being provided. I'm happy I don't have to spend that extra amount. I think it used to be $1.25 for tracking. The Post Office uses unique tracking numbers, but they are for internal use only. I'm so glad they now provide tracking at no extra cost to us. Makes our lives so much easier.

I found the receipt for the Rayovac replacement battery I bought at Batteries Plus. I bought the battery in March of 2015 and had the phone around 2.5yrs at that time. The guy in Batteries Plus asked me how long I've had the phone. I thought 2.5yrs was short for a battery life. He shocked me when he said most people come in here 6mos-1yr for a new replacement. I was worried about spending $40 and he said you've definitely gotten your money's worth out of your battery. So that would make the purchase date of the phone around Sept 2012. This is an approx month and year I bought the phone. I seem to remember August because it was around my brother's birthday. I remember showing him my new phone and he was interested in getting that one too.

So my guess would be August 2012 is when I bought the phone.

Not a problem at all. If it's anything in able to figure out the answer for you out anyone else, I don't mind at all. You have to ask questions to make sure your getting what you want and what you need to make sure whatever the item is will work for you. The phone has always worked great for me. I just needed something with more room and wanted a larger phone.
