-I usually ship on Mondays due to work and school
-I am not responsible for items breaking, I add extra postage and add proctection. I cannot control the post office!

-Lately a lot of people have not been leaving feedback or just leaving the comment blank. Whoever does this will be blocked and given neutral feedback. I take pride in my fdbk and these type of fdbks make it seem to others that something went wrong with the auction. I'm sorry I have to do this but I work hard to please everyone and not getting a nice fdbk in return is not fair. To encourage others to leave feedback I have made an incentive program
