I have this (2 actually. 1 is empty. Other has a dark fluid inside. Looks like honey ). I believe it's a perfume gel but since it's old when I open mine it smells good but very alcoholy... so I wouldn't recommend using whatever is inside but it makes a very pretty collectors item. I have it sitting on my owl shelf & the fluid inside makes it look even prettier!

Called Fancy Owl made from 1974 to 1976. Perfume is either Roses Roses or Raining Violets

I want to say I opened the top for the first time today to smell the fragrance. I guess from the age the paper seal has come lose. The bottles full. Just not sealed.
